Payment Options
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Snowflake e-commerce Gift Certificates.

Payments
We charge your credit card (in Canadian dollars) when you submit your order.  If for any reason, we cancel your order, your charge card will be credited for the amount (in Canadian dollars), that we originally processed. 

Your statement will show charges from Snowflakecanada.com.  Although you pay us in Canadian dollars, the amount on your statement will be converted to the currency of your country.

By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your credit card immediately.  You are also agreeing to pay the price of the merchandise, any shipping and handling charges plus any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs.

From time to time, we may have to cancel part or all of your order.
Should we decline or cancel your order in part or in its entirety, for any reason what so ever, your only remedy is a refund via the method you used to pay for the purchase.

Duties and Taxes
Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes. 
Goods shipped within Canada will have the appropriate taxes added to the purchase price at check out.
Canadian made goods being shipped to the USA are now subject to tariffs. Goods Shipped out of Canada are not subject to Canadian GST or PST.  They may however be subject to duties, taxes, and tariffs from the destination country.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees incurred.

International / USA Returns
We will not accept any returns

Domestic Returns
Canadian customers only. If within 10 days of receiving your merchandise you are not pleased with your order, unworn merchandise in original condition, may be returned. Once it is received back and inspected a refund will be issued.

We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defect. Please inspect your purchase carefully. Notify us within 10 days, and we will gladly accept any defective items back for a full refund or exchange.

Purchases made on line may not be returned to a store.

All Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment to us.
