Order Processing and Shipping

Important Notice: A signature is required to accept all parcels, we do not provide drop service.

Most orders are processed within two business days. Note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipments made within Canada of purchases over $400.00 or more exclusive of taxes, are complimentary. This applies to Online purchases ONLY!

Delivery times vary by destination. To ensure you receive your order when you want it, please plan accordingly. We cannot guarantee delivery times. If being shipped outside of Canada, please allow extra time for your parcel to clear customs.

During sale and holiday periods additional processing time is required.

We do not ship to post office boxes.

Shipping will be charged on all Canadian and USA destination purchases under $400.00, as well as all International orders.

Duties, Brokerage and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
Goods shipped within Canada will have the appropriate taxes added to the purchase price at check out.
Goods made in Canada or the USA and shipped within either country are currently duty free, but subject to tariffs.  
Goods Shipped out of Canada are not subject to Canadian GST or PST. They may however be subject to duties, taxes and possibly brokerage fees /tariffs from the destination country. 

We use courier service to ship.
International orders will be subject to review.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage incurred or tariffs.
If all applicable charges are not paid, the shipment will not be delivered to the customer.
We will not accept any returns of parcels refused by customer. The shipment will be abandoned, and NO refund will be issued.
